The wishes of our customers are individual and we have understood that the support of searching clients is an important aspect of our work as usually in Austria the purchaser is left on his own. Therefore, we will not leave them on their own, but we will serve customers who are looking for real estate, if they cannot find something appropriate in our portfolio. For this it is important to personally respond to the wishes of the customer and not only to query "hard facts" such as number of rooms and purchase price. In the course of a free first consultation, we raise your requirements, imaginations and requests and offer an individual support. For foreign customers, we are looking forward to arranging the arrival, hotel, etc. and organize tours for flat viewings in order to be able to act efficiently.

ABOUT MYSELF

As a company founder, I made a professional decision towards the construction and real estate industry at a young age.

Already in 2004, the education in this area began at the higher technical education and training institute Mödling in the field of construction technology, with parallel internships at technical planning offices.

Afterwards, I completed a bachelor's degree in the real estate economics department at the Vienna University of Applied Sciences and learned from scratch what really drives the real estate sector.

Due to employers in the area of real estate marketing, investment advisory and business consultancy with a focus on real estate and facility management, I have gained broad experiences and built my professional network around some of the industry's key figures and decision makers.

After graduating as Master of Arts in Business in Business Consultancy and Leadership with the specialisation Sales Psychology and Marketing at the University of Applied Sciences Wr. Neustadt in 2017, I conceived and founded Renner Real Estate.
